Privacy policy

Information on the processing of personal data under Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection. Effective from 1 November 2026. This is an English translation; the Slovak version is legally binding.

1. Who processes your data

You can contact us with any question about your data at the e-mail or phone number above.

2. What data we process and why

Contact form, e-mail and phone. When you send us a message, we process your name, phone number, e-mail, area of interest and the content of the message. We do this to reply to you and prepare an offer of our services (property sales, purchases and buyouts, legal services, mortgage advice).

• Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); for general questions, our legitimate interest in replying to the message received (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Retention period: for as long as we are handling your request, at most 12 months from our last communication. If we enter into a contract, we keep the data for the period required by law.
• Providing your data is voluntary, but without contact details we can't reply to you.

Visiting the website. When a page is displayed, your IP address and browser details are processed for technical reasons. This is necessary to deliver and secure the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies (see Cookies).

3. Who we share data with

We don't sell your data. We use the following providers to run the website:

• GitHub, Inc. – website hosting (technical visit logs).
• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) – delivering contact form messages to our e-mail.
• Google – displaying the map (Google Maps) and fonts (Google Fonts). The map may store its own cookies under Google's policies. Details are in our Cookies.
• FORPSI – the mailbox where messages arrive.

Some of these providers may also process data outside the European Union, particularly in the USA. In that case the transfer takes place on the basis of appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR, such as a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

We may also disclose data to public authorities where required by law.

4. Your rights

You have the right:

• to access your data and obtain a copy,
• to have inaccurate data corrected,
• to have your data erased (the “right to be forgotten”),
• to restrict processing,
• to data portability,
• to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
